| The Kent Volunteer Fire Department celebrated our annual Installation of Officers Dinner on February 25, 2023
Installed Firematic Officers include Chief Matthew Valente, Assistant Chief Steven Gasparrini, Captains Robert Andrews & Daniel Buono. Lieutenants Brennon Frowd, Eric Seefranz, Joseph Stevenson and Anthony Rosace. Fire Police Lieutenant Daniel Ferrara.
Installed Administrative Officers include President Justin Byrne, Vice President John Greene, Treasurer Michelle Campos, Secretary Lauren Andrews. Sgt. at Arms Eric Seefranz. Board of Directors Gerard Sedlak, Thomas Langan and Christopher Bruenn.
The top five responding members for 2022 that received recognition were: Paul Roncallo Norman Hill, Lauren Andrews, Thomas Goodrich and Daniel Wiley.
The following awards were given: Chief's award to Thomas Jemmott, Firefighter of the year award to Daniel Wiley, EMS award to Paul Roncallo & Helmet Award to Joseph Stevenson.
10 years of service award to Matthew Valente.
Certificates of appreciation as shared & honorary members were awarded to Billy Bahr, Lisa Madsen and Michael Bruce.
Certificates of appreciation for dedicated support to the Kent Volunteer Fire Department were awarded to Jonathan Galante, Susan & Frank Kotzer.
The outgoing Chief Steven Gasparrini was recognized for all his hard work and dedication with a special gift.
Attendance included all our members, Board of Fire Commissioners, Chiefs/representatives from mutual aid departments and several public officials.
Also a big thank you to M.C. FISH ENTERTAINMENT, INC. for being apart of our night!
